As part of our 100% Money Back Guarantee, we offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your shipment to request a return.  To start a return, call us at 210-200-8957 or email .  You will have the option to request a replacement or refund.  We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not in the condition stated in your purchase details, if you are missing an item, or receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Starting a return

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of your request and must be  accompanied by the original packaging and materials.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Items must be in the condition we shipped them to you in. All returns will be inspected prior to refunds or replacement items being issued. Merchandise will not be replaced or refunded if customer abuse is evident. 

Replacement terms

Replacement orders are issued for any damaged or defective merchandise that we ship to you.  The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after receiving your return and is free of charge.   Please note that we do not ship, and our carriers usually do not deliver, on weekends or public holidays.

Refund terms

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned items. Free Shipping is only applicable to orders that you keep or that are defective. If you return an order for a refund, shipping costs in both directions will be deducted from your refund.  Golf Ball Peddler reserves the right to assess a 15% restocking charge on specialty items listed with an * (asterisk).  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you after inspecting your return.  Approved returns will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund to your account.
